The concern was established in 1951 under the name & style of M/s Labhu Ram Prithvi Raj, which had been converted into the name and style of M/s Bhandari Engine Store during the year 1968 and later on under the name & style of Bhandari Engg. & Electric Co. Since 1992. And whereas for the better efficiency in the management of the said business the said partnership with effect from 1st April, 1996 governed under the constitution of the company i.e. Memorandum & Article of Association of the company.

Bhandari Engineering Company Private Limited, Bathinda is a newly incorporated Company vide Certificate of incorporation no. 16-17456 dated 19th December, 1995. The company has been formed to takeover the unit of M/s Bhandari Engg & Electric Co. Bathinda which had been engaged in the marketing Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic equipments & components, DG Sets, Agriculture equipment etc.
Since January 2009 the Company has plans of climbing up value chain and emerging as player in service sector Industry. In April, 09 HMEL-Refinery has awarded contact of O&M of 66KV sub station including 18 sub station of 6.6 KV at refinery site. Now Company not only providing wide range of products, but also installing, testing & commissioning including civil engineering work on turnkey basis.
